For each stage, user may define: stage´s name, stage´s referent, questionnaire profile (what parts of the questionnaire will be shown to the appraiser), a logic condition to enter the stage, the e-mail massage sent on stage start, whether or not to ask approval for the given evaluation in the following stage, etc. |

| The evaluation´s progress is displayed in the project management screen. The column stage displays the name of the stage the appraisal workflow is in (employee´s review, direct manager appraisal and so on). By selecting a manager, his current evaluations progress will be shown |
