Gideon S. Erhard
Chairman of the Board of Directors

For over 30 years and until 1999, Gideon was a Senior Manager and Director at one of the largest investment groups in Israel - Discount Investment Corporation Ltd.
From 1999, Gideon has been representing foreign investors in Israel, acting as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Yehuda Welded Mesh Ltd., and its subsidiary, Yehuda Steel Ltd., - one of the largest steel manufacturers in Israel. Gideon is also the Chairman of the board of Directors at Ransys Ltd., and a member of the board at several other companies, including Iskoor Metals and Steels Ltd., and Tel-Ad Jerusalem Studios Ltd.

Gideon has a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a M.B.A, Master in Business Administration from Columbia University, NY.

Guy Yogev

Guy has over 15 years experience in the customer management field. In the last 10 years he has specialized in developing customer strategies for enterprises. Guy has become a leading scholar and consultant in the fields of Customer Experience Management and Voice of the Customer. In recent years he developed few methodologies that receive acceptance from the executives and analysts: the Event Driven Feedback workflow; the Ongoing Intelligent Sampling method and the conceptual framework for Integrated Management of Customer Experience.
Guy is the president of YCG Customer Strategies, the chairmen of Blueberries Community Insight and the chairman of VOCWOM, a social media management solution. Guy is a Marketing lecturer in Tel Aviv University.
His past experience includes: co-founding of Ransys Feedback Technologies, a leading global provider of EFM system; and executive positions in global enterprises such as Infonet (telecommunication) and Teva (Pharmaceuticals).
His formal education includes a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, MBA, and M.Sc. in Marketing and a PhD in Marketing that waits for being finalized. His informal adduction comes for his extensive experience with consultancy and implementation projects in a variety of industries and geographic and form participating in numerous customer management conferences and seminars both as a lecturer and as a delegate.

Dr. Mickey Wangenheim

Mickey acquired his education in mechanical engineering (B.Sc) and in economy and industrial engineering (M.Sc) in the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. He specialized in ergonomics (Ph.D) in the Uppsala University in Sweden.
Mickey has over 20 years of experience in consulting organization's senior management in the fields of organizational strategy implementation, management, operations and customer service.
Mickey accompanies various organizations of the Isreali and International markets such as: Insurance companies, Financial sector, Industries, Government offices, Hi-Tech companies and more.
