Giora Gil-Ad

VP Global Sales

Giora Gil-Ad is a senior multi disciplined professional with a highly focused business approach and extensive experience in multi cultural and global environments. He has considerable and varied experience in senior management positions in leading companies such as Orange Israel, Office Depot and Comverse. Throughout his career Giora has combined the fields of Human Resource and Sales Management. His prior position was VP Human Resources at Comverse's Global Sales Group where he was among the founders of the Group. Prior to this, he was a senior VP at Office Depot, and before that, AVP Human Resources at Partner. Gil-Ad joined the civilian market 9 years ago, after filling senior army Personnel Management positions, mainly in the IDF field units, and being discharged at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Giora has a BA in Economy and HR from the Ben Gurion University.

Eyal Barnea
VP Product & Solutions

As VP product & solutions Eyal is responsible for defining Ransys' strategic product roadmap and solution portfolio, managing all aspects of product delivery and lifecycle.
He brings with him 10 years of experience in feedback software solutions design and implementation.
Eyal holds a B.Sc in computer science from Ben-Gurion university and a M.B.A from Bar-Ilan University (honors).

Dafna Hitz
VP Operations

Dafna has over 10 years of experience in management, operations, service, leadership and commercial aspects and brings with her a wealth of knowledge.
In her last position Dafna was the VP operations of Arkia International, where she was an integral part of the management team and was instrumental in building cross functional and interdisciplinary work formats, process upgrading and scaling, interactions with internal and external customers and an abundance of functions targeted at driving Arkia's business results.
Prior to working at Arkia, Dafna was head of the "Poleg" Division at Tikshoov, a company that specializes in outsourcing contact centers, where she was responsible for managing call centers, service and sales for a large variety of customers.
Dafna has a BA in Business Management, specializing in HR and Marketing.

Neomi Farkas
HR and Administration Director

Neomi Farkas is an HR professional with keen interest in issues of work-life balance, organization culture and change management. She is focused on understanding the individual and how he or she is best incorporated into the organization on all levels while keeping and strengthening the business applications of HR practices. She has been a member of the Ransys family since 2005 and has seen it thrive and grow.

Neomi has a BA in sociology, anthropology and political science from Tel Aviv University, an HR certification from the Open University and is studying toward an MSc in Management in The Leon Recanati Business School in Tel Aviv University.
