Attentive™ FM (Feedback Management)
Attentive™ FM stands as the foundation of the Attentive™ Suite, and is necessary for attaining basic and advanced feedback management capabilities and for promoting organizational attentivity. Being an off-the-shelf software package, it intends to satisfy the vast range of modern organization needs for collecting and analyzing feedback from the organization´s internal and external customers. Coherent with the strategy led by the Attentive™ Suite, accumulated experience and best practices are embedded in Attentive™ FM, allowing organizations to really listen to people while measuring both hard and soft data. As the Attentive™ Suite presents a holistic approach of a single central system responsible for all the organizational feedback, evaluation and surveying matters, Attentive™ FM includes all the basic engines needed for creation, distribution, collection and analysis of feedback processes. Progressed modules and solutions that compuse the Attentive™ Suite use those engines as well, and allow organizations to increase their ability to run specific feedback and evaluation processes.

Attentive™ FM includes the following components:
  • Powerful user friendly Questionnaire Designer - allows the user to easily create the desired questionnaire, including all types of questions, complex logic structures and progressive definitions. 
  • Easy to use Web Themes Designer - enables the questionnaire to be presented to the respondents with the organization´s branding and unique look-and-feel, with no help needed from IT specialists or software developers.
  • Respondent List Constructor - builds a hierarchal structure or a flat list of the intended respondents along with unlimited number of background data fields.
  • Verity of data collection methods - are supported by Attentive™ FM- web/e-mail, telephone interview, PDA, scanning of paper sheets and manual input.
  • Feedback process management tool - presents the progress status of the feedback process in several presentation levels, and enables the user to send e-mail messages to the respondents (if relevant).
  • Analysis and Reporting wizards - allow the user to produce several report types through a series of self-explanatory stages. Defined reports are possible to be saved for frequent production.
