Appraisals Characteristics
  • Complete respondent management - in every given moment, including an unlimited number of respondent lists. Each respondents list presents the organizational hierarchy with unlimited number of levels. The respondent lists may be imported from Excel, Outlook or even organizational information systems such as ERP. In addition, Attentive™ enables the list to be editable in case the information is not up to date or if a change is needed after the appraisal process has already begun (very common in large organizations).
  • Workflow creation mechanism - enables the definition of sequential process stages, including definition of appraisers for each stage, selecting the questions to be shown in each stage (questionnaire profile), setting an e-mail massage to be sent in the beginning of the stage, deciding whether approval of the evaluation given in the stage is needed to be done in the next stage (if not approved, the appraisal will return to the un-approved stage appraiser), etc.
  • Process management - is done using status display- the stage an evaluation is in currently, the answering rate, etc. stages may be updated manually if needed.
  • Automatic reminders - delivered to participants haven´t started answering, or has not yet finished, accompanied by follow-ups on the number of reminders sent to each participant.
  • Attentive™´s organizational evaluations portal - will assist the participants in the performance appraisal process. Using permission, each participant is authorized to review the organizational units relevant to him. The portal displays current evaluation and former appraisal processes performed with Attentive™. In addition, the portal enables managers to produce reports concerning their employees, such as comparison between them, comparison between the employee’s and the unit´s measurements.
  • Import/Export of the appraisal´s results - analysis, graphs and reports in varied formats (ASCII. Excel, Outlook, Word, HTML) and in high flexibility including a sorting option in each phase of the process.
  • Organizational systems integration - using web services is feasible and tailored to the client when required. Hence, using Active Directory permissions for the evaluations portal or import of organizational structures from ERP systems is possible.
