Each of the 500 senior customer service and CRM managers has been sent a promotional comic strip in which they are the stars. For example, the VP Marketing of one of the major cellular carriers received a personalized comic strip storyboard in which he was the hero, with his counterpart at one of his competitors playing the role of the villain. Every recipient received a similarly customized strip.

| Eli (Eliezer) Matara, 33, was appointed as Ransys´ International Sales Director at the beginning of the year. Eli has a bachelor´s degree in computer science, and is leading Ransys´ efforts to penetrate the EMEA market and other regions in the world. One of Eli´s responsibilities is to manage and recruit existing and new channel partners to distribute Ransys´ unique solutions Attentive™ ACE & Attentive™ CSD. "Ransys innovative products & solutions enable intensive service organizations to manage and improve their quality of service and transform them into customer centric organizations. Today, this issue is the main concern of every manager in every industry. The potential is huge, Attentive™ is a mature system and we except a rapid growth in our sales, especially in Europe", said Matara.
