Rui Santos graduated in Computer Engineering at IST (Portugal) and continued on to do a post - graduate degree in Business Administration at INSEAD (France, Fontainebleau) and a post - graduate degree in Marketing Management at ISCTE (Portugal). His professional career has consisted of various Director roles including Director of Customer Service at TMN, Director of Customer Service and IT at OniTelecom, Director of Customer Service at OniWay and Director of Contact Centers at Portugal Telecom. Rui is currently a Partner of InPar - In Partnership Business Consulting, President of AproCS - Portuguese Association of Customer Service Professional, Professor of ISCTE's Customer Service Advanced Course and Professor at Universidate Catolica - Customer Satisfaction and retention.
Gerald McKinnon is the Managing Partner of GWM Consulting CC. He does consulting to organisations on implementing voice of the customer initiatives as well as assisting organisations to improve their service experience to their customers through a holistic programme of continuous improvement initiatives. Gerald McKinnon has a Certificate in Leadership (honours) from the Graduate School of Business (GSB) of the University of Cape Town. He has worked in the service industry for a large financial service company in South Africa for over 30 years and is an international and local speaker on customer service.

By profession, Mr. Woodbridge is sociologist, market researcher, business consultant, mediator and entrepreneur; he frequently gives talks and lectures on business development and international trade development subjects. In 2004 The Woodbridge Institute was formed to consolidate and develop this important aspect of the business. New research methods, especially in the psychological field, have been a strong focus in the institute's work. The institute's principal clients are multi-national concerns, the German political parties and the sporting federations, e.g. FIFA and Olympic Games, for whom we maintain a coordination office in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Activities in Russia, China and India form part of the institute's future vision. An office was opened in Moscow during 2007, one is planned in the near future in India and business has been conducted in China for several years now.
In total, the various aspects of Woodbridge can draw upon a resource of some 80 international advisers with a very broad range of business acumen. Likewise, more than a dozen strategic alliances complete our offering.
