The American Research and Advisory Company surveyed leading enterprise feedback management (EFM) vendors to ascertain a detailed understanding of the current marketplace.
Gartner's analyst, who found that the EFM market is growing rapidly with double-digit growth being observed by the leading vendors, listed Ransys among the leading global companies in the field.
