Guy YogevTop management has recently started to take an interest in Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives, however, there is still a lot to learn about this field. Increasingly, we see that the customer point of view is important, not only because customers are the justification for a company's existence, but also because customers know more about the company than the company knows about itself. In order for an organization to successfully meet and exceed its customers' expectations it must first appreciate and understand them. Secondly, it must understand the gaps between these expectations and what the customers' current view of the organization is.
