Ransys signs a distribution agreement with "NewEquity Services" to Market its Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) Solutions Suite in the Indian market
Ransys, a leading global provider of EFM solutions, has developed the Attentive ACE® system and will distribute it through "NewEquity Services" founded by the Dov Tadmor and Jon Boock.
Dov Tadmor and Jon Boock, two former senior executives from Discount Investment Corp. embarked on a new enterprise of marketing solutions for the call center industry in India through "New Equity Services.", a company recently established by the two. The first technology they are offering to this industry is Ransys' Attentive ACE® system; a system that allows organizations to receive a constant stream of pinpointed event driven customer feedback and to automatically create action items for front line managers; as a consequence Attentive ACE® creates an improvement in customer experience, reduce churn rates and optimize call center's performance.
Recently, Tadmor and Boock have been conducting negotiations with several Indian hotel chains towards initiation of pilot projects.
Additional activities of New Equity in India are being conducted through its strategic cooperation agreement with the Indian YES Bank.
